The show takes place in Parodų centras „LITEXPO“, Laivės av. 45, Vilnius.
The Lithuanian Kennel Club strongly condemns Russia’s aggression towards Ukraine and stands against the war in Ukraine. We fully support Ukraine’s striving to live in a free and democratic country. The Lithuanian Kennel Club informs that all the entries of Russian and Byelorussian dogs have been cancelled for International Dog Shows in Vilnius on 4-6 March 2022.
2 Byelorussian (2 owners) and 31 Russian (24 owners) dogs were entered. All persons from these countries who have entered their dogs to International Dog Shows in Vilnius have been informed about their entry cancellations and their prohibition on participation in the shows.
Some dogs listed in the show catalogue have pedigrees issues by RKF and BCU, however, these dogs do not live in Russia and Byelorussia nor their owners are citizens of the mentioned countries. These dogs are allowed to take part in the shows.
In reaction to the situation in Ukraine Lithuania introduced a state of emergency on 24 February 2022. So far the latter does not involve significant restrictions to Lithuanian citizens and guests. The situation in the country is stable and secure. We hope it remains so and we will meet you at the international dog shows in Vilnius next weekend!
Entrance is open from 8:00 and one person gets free entrance per one dog (accompanying person is charged an admission fee, tickets available at the entrance). Visitors are not admitted to the showplace.
If your dog is not participating at the final competitions, please kindly leave the show after your breed judging is finished. We kindly ask you not to leave your personal belongings and dog crates in hall 3.
